How to create a job vacancy
After logging in to your account, you can manage your job vacancies in the "Vacancy" section. In order to create a job vacancy you need to push the "Create" button or to click on an existing one to modify it. When creating a new vacancy you need to choose a vacancy language and its title. The vacancy language can be chosen once and only in this stage.
How to create a job vacancy landing page
In the "Vacancy" tab choose a job for which you want to create a landing page. On the upper left corner you will see a menu that will help you to navigate through the job vacancy stages. In the "General" subsection you can create or change the job vacancy title. You can also manage your applicant's journey by adding/eliminating certain stages. Also you can set up the following parameters of the job vacancy:

  • "Anti cheating" feature for your assessment part

  • "Speech to text", "Emotion Recognition" and "AI Competence" for your video interview part

  • Country of the job vacancy

  • Allowance/prohibition of the re-registration of candidates

  • Obligatory/optional request of CV

  • Registration closure

  • Job vacancy response closure

In the "Landing Page" subsection, you can manage your landing page settings. Add an introductory photo/video of your company; the uploaded photo will be displayed in social media when you post a link to the landing page. This image/video is the first thing that a candidate can see, so it shapes first impressions about your company. Therefore, make sure that it's eye-catching and attractive.

Create a job vacancy description. Tell a candidate more about the company's values and vision - these are things that increase a candidate's motivation. Don't restrict yourself only with text; add your team photos or videos.

Customize your landing page link. Make it easy to remember and search. You can easily copy your landing page link or preview it in a new tab.
How to create an application form/cutting off questionnaire
In the "Application Form" subsection, you can create a simple questionnaire/survey for a candidate. You can rename the stage name and add a description for it. After, you can create a questionnaire/survey by adding new questions with different response options.

You can also include a cutting off option in case a candidate does not meet your stated requirements. A candidate will automatically receive a rejection email that can be edited in "Email Templates" subsection. If candidates meet all the stated requirements they will be able to proceed further to the assessment stage.
How to create a test
In the "Test" subsection you can create an assessment of any complexity. Here, you can also change the stage name and its description, add question randomization so that each applicant receives a unique bundle of questions, and set a 'pass' mark. You can create questions in text, photo or audio format.
How to create a video interview
In the "Video Interview" subsection you can add text or video questions for an applicant who will give a video response to it. Here, you can also allow candidates to re-record their video response and set a short/long/no time limit for preparation. The time limit for a candidate's response can also be customized.
How to set up other job vacancy settings
In the "Competence" subsection you can manage the way you rate and assess a candidate according to the competencies created in this subsection. You can add a name and description of competencies, the way it is displayed and an evaluation scale.
